Coaching begins with a complimentary 15- to 30-minute consultation. This call is used to determine whether life coaching is the right fit and to talk through what you’d like support with.

If we decide to move forward:

• The initial 75-minute session is up to $250. This session is more in-depth and focuses on evaluation, clarity, and direction.
• Ongoing 75-minute sessions are up to $100 each.

At the end of the day, you’re the best investment you can make.

Life coaching focuses on the present and future. It’s about gaining clarity, setting goals, and moving forward. Life coaches do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.

Therapy often focuses more deeply on past experiences and mental health treatment. If something comes up that requires therapy, I’ll say so and help point you in the right direction.

I work with adults and youth who are navigating change, feeling stuck, or looking for clarity and direction. I have a particular passion for supporting youth, especially those in crisis or major life transitions.

Yes. In addition to life coaching, I offer consulting, training, and speaking services for schools, organizations, and professional groups.

These engagements draw on my background and experience in psychology, law, child welfare, juvenile justice, and mental health systems.
